Air Separation Industry

How it works

Super Strong Adsorption and Efficient Separation

Molecular sieve zeolite has uniform pore size and large specific surface area, and can selectively adsorb different gas molecules according to their size, polarity and other characteristics. In the air separation industry, molecular sieves have strong adsorption for water, and can also selectively adsorb carbon dioxide in the air to prevent it from solidifying at low temperatures and clogging equipment and pipelines. At the same time,they can be used to separate gases in PSA and VPSA devices, achieving efficient separation of oxygen and nitrogen to obtain high-purity oxygen and nitrogen.
