The method of using Xintao 4A zeolite bead needs to be selected and adjusted according to the specific application scenario and needs. It needs to be activated and sieved before use. For specific uses such as using it for gas drying and purification, the activated molecular sieve 4A adsorbent needs to be loaded into a gas drying tower or purifier, and the gas passes through the molecular sieve bed at an appropriate flow rate to achieve the adsorption and removal of moisture and impurities. For high-humidity gases, multi-stage adsorption can be used or combined with other drying equipment. It needs to be regenerated and replaced after use.
It needs to be activated at high temperature before use, generally baked in a muffle furnace at 300-500℃ for 3-5 hours to remove moisture and impurities adsorbed on the surface and pores of the molecular sieve, so as to achieve the best adsorption state.
The service life of Xintao 4A zeolite molecular sieve is usually about 3 to 5 years. Its actual service life is affected by many factors, such as gas properties, temperature and pressure, operating conditions and product quality.
