At this wonderful moment of bidding farewell to the old and welcoming the new, Xintao Technology’s “Concentrate Hearts and Minds, Pursue Dreams” themed year-end summary meeting and year-end party were grandly held in the company on January 18, 2025. All employees of the company gathered together to share the feast, look back on the past struggles, and look forward to new ambitions in the future.
On the day of the annual meeting, everyone entered the venue with great anticipation, solemnly wrote their names on the sign-in board, and left their exclusive marks. The exquisite sign-in desk and enthusiastic staff created a warm and grand atmosphere for every partner who came. A special surprise of this annual meeting was that colleagues from the Guangzhou branch drove more than 600 kilometers back to Pingxiang, and the Xintao family reunited together. Everyone greeted each other, took photos, and the curtain of the annual meeting slowly opened in laughter.
Speech by the Chief Executive
Chief executive Liu Jianbin walked onto the stage, and the audience burst into warm applause. Mr. Liu reviewed the company’s remarkable achievements in the past year, analyzed the market situation, and also painted a grand blueprint for the future for us. At this annual meeting, Mr. Liu proposed the theme of “platform, making money, and working hard”. It is clear that in the current market competition, all walks of life are involuted. How should we break the current situation and have a positive attitude of seeking change when facing challenges. We must have keen insight and strong execution, dare to abandon the old model and thinking, open up new paths in an innovative way, work together to cope with the current environment and implement it unswervingly.
Department Summary & Year-end Bonus
Each department took turns to come on stage to summarize the good aspects of the department in 2024 and show the aspects that need to be improved in 2025. Next is one of the most exciting parts of the annual meeting. Xintao people won their own year-end bonuses with their hard work and outstanding performance over the past year. The company leaders awarded them certificates and bonuses, took photos with them, and the audience applauded. They must work hard in the new year!
Art Performance
On the stage, music sounded, and a wonderful art performance officially began. The friends showed their talents one after another, singing, dancing, reciting and other programs.
