Xintao ceramic random packing includes raschig rings, pall rings, intalox saddles, supper saddles, cross partition rings and cascade rings. They have excellent chemical stability, can resist corrosion from various inorganic acids, organic acids and organic solvents except hydrofluoric acid, and are resistant to high temperature and aging. Ceramic Intalox Saddles

Xintao ceramic intalox saddles has an open structure with a semicircular groove, and its shape is between a ring and a saddle. It is dense in porcelain, resistant to high temperature, acid and alkali corrosion, especially H2SO4 and HNO3, and has good hydrophilic properties. Compared with ceramic raschig rings, it increases the specific surface area of the product, greatly increases the distribution of the fluid, has a larger production capacity, lower pressure drop, improved separation efficiency, and increased operational flexibility. Ceramic Structured Packing

Xintao ceramic structured packing is a new type of structured packing. Xintao plastic random packing includes plastic pall rings, plastic intalox saddles, plastic supper saddles, plastic tellerate rosette rings, plastic polyhedral hollow balls, plastic cascade mini rings, plastic hollow floatation balls, etc. It is made of heat-resistant and chemical-resistant plastic tower packing, including PE, PP, RPP, PVC, CPVC, PVDF, etc. It has the characteristics of large void ratio, low pressure drop and mass transfer unit height, high flooding point, sufficient gas-liquid contact, small specific gravity, and high mass transfer efficiency. Plastic Structured Packing

Xintao plastic structured packing is a disc-shaped packing composed of parallel, cross and vertical corrugated plates with small holes on them. The material can be selected according to the user’s requirements. Common materials include PP, PVC, PVDF, CPVC, etc. It has the characteristics of strong acid and alkali resistance, maximum temperature resistance up to 160℃, small bulk density, easy filling, large specific surface area, and long service life.
